Even in Blackouts makes "unplugged" punk due in no small part to the band's chemistry.

Even in Blackouts makes "unplugged" punk due in no small part to the band's chemistry. Even with Jughead as the chief songwriter for mostly female voices, the themes are universal. To Eldredge's credit, she executes the songs with extreme passion, as if she's reading them from her own journal. She also has a strong grasp on what it takes to be a solid lead vocalist, which comes through not only from the studio, but live.
